William (Bill) T. Pitre,MBA, FCGA
SR & ED Consultant

Bill is a professional accountant whose career for 18 years was centered in tax auditing within Canada Revenue Agency. He has managed both SR&ED Tax Incentives program, as well as the International Audit section for the Charlottetown Tax Services Office. Within his role as auditor, he had been exposed to SR&ED projects in many varied industries. He also gained valuable experience in the methods used by CRA technical and financial review staff. Bill has conducted many seminars on the SR&ED Tax Program.

In addition, Bill has been active in both Provincial and National CGA Associations. He is a team player that strives for positive client relationships.

Phillip A. Rafuse, MBA, FCGA
SR & ED Consultant

Phillip is a seasoned professional accountant with an impressive career history. His strengths, abilities and skills have enabled him to achieve key positions in Industry including: Supervisor, Manager, Controller, C.F.O., G.M. and C.E.O. Phillip's successful operation of a Public Accounting and IT Consulting firm, coupled with his dedication and commitment to the multi-faceted and international companies with which he has been associated, have helped to develop his entrepreneurial skills. His career choices have provided him with an intimate understanding of a variety of business sectors including:

Phillip has been active on many prominent committees and associations locally, regionally and nationally. He has chaired Provincial and National CGA Committees, Chamber of Commerce, and the CGA Association of Nova Scotia. He has served on the PEI Aerospace Sector Council and the Colchester Firefighters Association and has participated on several Education, Economic and Sustainable Development Task Forces.  He has also presented at the NRC Innovation Forum.

Craig P. Mulcahy
SR & ED Consultant

Craig is a seasoned IT professional with a diverse career history. Craig spent five years as an IT consultant servicing the Academic, Aerospace, Retail Sales, Farming, Accounting, Bioscience and Boat Manufacturing industries.

For several years, Craig held key management positions in a multi-faceted international manufacturing organization. As part of this role Craig managed the SR&ED activities of the company.

In addition, Craig is pursuing his CGA designation. He is a problem solver and team player committed to providing the highest customer satisfaction.
